FAQ

• How can I register for this event?

  Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to register. But wait! There’s one thing you need to know before you register:

  If you’re in the US, we would love to send you a box full of ingredients you’ll need to cook along with us during the event*. We have a limit of two ingredient boxes per partnership, so make sure you determine who in your partnership will receive the ingredient boxes before you register.

  *The ingredient box will include everything EXCEPT your protein for the tacos. Please pickup chicken thighs (or cauliflower if you’re vegetarian) before the event.

  If you’re outside of the US, you know how customs doesn’t like when food crosses the borders. Instead of an ingredient box, we will be sending a cooking inspired gift. We have a limit of two gift boxes per partnership, so make sure you determine who in your partnership will receive these gift boxes before you register. In addition to the gift, registering gives you access to the recording, so even if you’re sleeping during the live event you can watch it at a time that works for you (although there are no rules that say you can’t make tacos in the middle of the night).

• How many people from my partnership can register for this event?

  Although we do have a limit on ingredients boxes and gift boxes (see “How can I register for this event?”), everyone from your partnership is invited to attend! You will all need to register separately.

• I am not able to receive a box of ingredients ahead of time. What should I do?

  Please see the “What’s on the Menu” section for a full list of ingredients and recipe instructions. If you want to cook along, you’ll want to get those ingredients ahead of time. Don’t worry, all the ingredients you need are simple and can be found at your local grocery store (no offense to foie gras).

• When does registration for this event close?

  To be eligible for an ingredient box, you will need to register by April 8, 2021.

• How will you address dietary concerns?

  You know yourself best! Take a look at the recipe beforehand and consider what things you’ll need to substitute. Also, Aarón will do his best to share his favorite alternatives for common food allergies during the class.

• How many servings come in one box?

  Each box will include enough to make two servings.

• Can I ask chef Aarón questions during the event?

  Yes, there will be a 15-minute Q&A at the end of the event. You won’t be able to unmute yourself so plan to use the “chat” feature on Zoom and a moderator will ask Aarón your questions. Feel free to ask him anything about his career, cooking, or even what he feeds his son, Yuma.

• Will there be a recording of this event available after the event?

  Yes, a recording of this event will be available from April 26, 2021 to May 10, 2021. You must be registered to watch the recording.

• Will I ever be the same again after this event is over?

  Our assumption is no. You will be forever changed by this experience for the better.
